The Kinetic Leadership Institute is the collaboration of leading experts in the fields of leadership, organisational dynamics, psychology and neuroscience, and safety.

 

We see ourselves as organisational environmentalists. As such, we believe that working environments have the power to either constrain or catalyse people’s potential. A lion in a cage possess the same claws as one roaming the Serengeti. Only the latter, however, can use them to unleash its raw power and feel the grip of unbound earth beneath its feet. Both are genetically potent; only one will experience it.

 

Equally, we want to foster wide-open spaces in company environments. This way people can run with their innate talents and abilities.
